We had an amazing team/company bonding weekend at Easter House Ranch. Everything about the house was beyond our expectations. Our team could not have been more pleased with the comfort and charm of this house. There were 7 of us and we all slept very comfortable. The house is well laid out and so spacious. Many different areas outside to relax and enjoy a beautiful view. The small touches (fresh flowers throughout the house and welcome basket) made it more special! Highly recommend this place!!

Huge windows, amazing views, built from irreplaceable clear redwood.


There are three bedrooms. Two in the main home and one in the converted carport. Each area has its own HVAC (heating and cooling) as well as tv and high quality music system.

There is a queen bed in each bedroom and the carport room has 2 beds (one double and one queen fold out) .
In addition, there are a queen foldout in the family room and a king fold out in the living room.

The two bedrooms and the carport are separate private spaces. The family room has an accordion door which separates it from the kitchen allowing this space to be private.

There are more than enough spaces in the gravel parking area in front of the home. If more parking is necessary, there is practically unlimited space in the field in front of the home and on the road below the home.

Up to 6 visitors are acceptable any time during your stay. These guests are not permitted to stay in the home without paying the additional guest fee ($50/night).

Yes, if this number does not exceed 6 there is no need to request additional guests. If more than 6 visitors, $15 per person is required for all attendees at the event.

No. Without a separate agreement clarifying the use of the space, the intentions of the guests in the trailer and an extra guest fee per person staying in the trailer.

No. It may be possible, under certain circumstances, to allow a pet. This is on a case by case basis, requires a separate pet agreement and pet deposit. Under no circumstances may a pet be at the home without owner approval. Failure to comply with this restriction will result in immediate termination of your stay and there will be no refund provided.

Most shopping and restaurants are within a few miles of the property. The airport is less than 2 miles. Vons, CVS and a number of restaurants are at the Marigold Plaza shopping center location. Costco, Whole Foods, Bevmo and target are approximately 5-8 miles away (10—15 minutes). Downtown SLO is about 15 minutes where there are many retail shops and restaurants. There are urgent care centers within 20 minutes as are two hospitals(Sierra Vista Medical Center and French Hospital).

We clean before you arrive. If you would like additional cleaning services we can arrange this for a fee.

You have 24 hours to notify us of anything that does not meet your expectations. We will make every effort to address your concern. It may not be possible to repair or address your concern. For cleanliness, nothing will be addressed if you report it after the first 24 hoursand preferably within the first few hours of your arrival. Non performing sytems or services will be addressed to the extent possible. The non-performance of any of the mandatory systems will be addressed as soon as possible (Water, HVAC). It may not be possible to make the required repairs or address an issue during your stay. You need to notify us of any issue in the first 24 hours.For all issues not reported prior to 24 hours no consideration will be given but we will make all reasonable efforts to resolve your issue to the extent we are notified.

Yes. Let us know the make and model of your car and we will load it to the system allowing you to get the right charge for your car. Ideally if you provide your VIN number, the system will more easily identify your vehicle and provide the correct charge.

We provide wood for warming fires in the fireplace or firepit outside as well as for the wood oven and santa maria style bbq. The wood for the firepit and fireplace are in the storage areas near the house (on the deck and next to the deck and hot tub. The wood for the wood oven is under the wood oven itself or stacked behind the fence which is behind the wood oven. Ask if necessary to clarify.

No, not without advanced prep and approval. The drapes must be relocated or the door will tear down the mounting system for the drapes.

Toilet paper and waste are the only things you may flush down the toilet. We are on a septic system and any other materials will harm the system and necessitate costly repairs: no wipes, feminine products, paper towels, large amounts of food waste or other solid materials. Cost of a repair is at least $1000.

We are on a well and utilize a number of systems to assure the water is clean and fresh. We employ an ozonation system in the tank to sanitize the water after which it passes through a 1 micron pre-filter. It then passes through a whole home water treatment system. The water is also softened and all drinking water in the home (Kitchen Sink and Refrigerator) is treated with Reverse Osmosis ultra filtration.

The majority of the bedding is in the closet across from the master bath. There is also some additional bedding in the master bedroom closet. If you have trouble finding what you need, please call.

Our road is a gravel and dirtroad. The majority of the challenges with the road are due to excessive speed which makes the car tires bounce and then makes ruts in the road. If everyone drove 15 mph or less there would be no issue. We maintain the road periodically to assure it is safe and passable. We usually do this when there has been some rain so we can recompact the road. We have added and will add more sections with gravel grids which are much easier to maintain and are very durable.
